With Easter just behind us and the spring still trying to settle in, the evenings have been gradually getting longer.

For me, it’s time to start walking in the evenings again. I like to get out in Six Mile Park and get the 10,000 steps in as often as I can.

Also, if your house is anything like mine, there's still a sneaky stash of Easter chocolate hiding somewhere in the kitchen which doesn’t help with the new health goals.

It’s a lovely time of the year to get out and about again after all that rain, so here's some of the events you can try across Antrim & Newtownabbey this week:

  • Roller Skating

  • Run or Walk in the park

  • Quiz Morning

  • The Life and Travels of Francis Maginn

  • Legends of American Country

  • And more…

Hope you enjoy!
